Who we are

We are a consulting firm with a regenerative food systems lab, campaign, and curriculum studio — rooted in science, powered by community, and designed for impact. From soil to story, we connect farmers, formulators, educators, and eaters through transparent, measurable systems. Our flagship campaign, Ground2Gut, transforms food literacy into action — with eCourses, community dashboards, and real-time sponsor trees that show exactly where your impact lands. Whether you’re a policymaker, microentrepreneur, or curious eater, FoodInnovate Thailand offers tools to see, feel, and shape the future of food.

Urban-Rural Co-Production for Food Systems Transformation by FoodInnovate.

FoodInnovate Thailand is a small but growing initiative working to connect food, science, and community through regenerative systems. We design tools, campaigns, and learning experiences that help people better understand the journey from ground to gut — from soil and farmers to ingredients, formulations, and everyday choices.

Our work is rooted in Thailand, where local biodiversity, culinary heritage, and community resilience offer powerful models for change. We collaborate with farmers, educators, and microenterprises to explore how food systems can be more transparent, inclusive, and nourishing — not just physically, but emotionally and ecologically.

What we do

  • Strategic Design & Formulation: We support small producers and partners in developing food products, strategies, and stories that reflect local values and global potential.
  • Ground2Gut Campaign: Our flagship campaign includes an online school, e-magazine, and community engagement tools that promote food literacy and regenerative thinking.
  • Curriculum & Content: We develop eCourses and educational materials that translate scientific ideas into accessible, emotionally resonant learning.
  • Impact Tools (In Progress): We are working on dashboards and sponsor trees to help visualise impact and build trust between upstream producers and downstream supporters.

Our approach

We take a systems-thinking approach to food — looking not just at products, but at relationships, processes, and possibilities. Our goal is to build bridges between science and story, between farmers and eaters, and between local action and global relevance.

Our journey

It has been a long journey, but we have survived and developed since 2016 as follows:

2016–2021: Roots at BTLLAgroforestry

  • On-the-ground experimentation and learning at BTLLAgroforestry, our field-monitoring lab.
  • Agroforestry trials, soil regeneration, and ingredient mapping began here — forming the ecological and emotional foundation of FoodInnovate.
  • Early community engagement and farmer partnerships shaped the ethos of “ground to gut.”

2021–2022: Seeds of a Vision

  • Insights from BTLLAgroforestry evolved into a systems-based approach to food innovation.
  • The concept of Ground2Gut was born post-Covid19 — linking soil, science, and story.

2023-2025: Ground2Gut Takes Root

  • Launch of the Ground2Gut campaign as a food literacy and community engagement initiative.
  • Explore the MRV carbon platform supported by the Open Forest Protocol https://atlas.openforestprotocol.org/1700544986382
  • Field visits and ingredient mapping expanded beyond BTLLAgroforestry to partner farms.

2025: Building the Platform

  • Launch of the Ground2Gut Online School
  • À Table e-Magazine received Copyright from the Department of Intellectual Property, Thailand.
  • Expansion of Thai-language articles on regenerative agriculture, food formulation, and community stories.
  • Preparation for national and international conference presentations.

2026: Toward Measurable Impact

  • Ongoing work on sponsor tree visuals and real-time dashboard snapshots.
  • Refinement of curriculum, audience segmentation, and emotional storytelling.
  • Continued collaboration with microenterprises and community partners.

FoodInnovate Thailand is still evolving. We’re learning, listening, and building — one course, one campaign, one connection at a time.
